Is there any way to get around this pain in the back side of when you go into other channels each time you change a channel you have to enter your pin number?:

if you have the adult channels removed from the EPG, put them back and see what happens when trying to view other channels

Switch off ALL parental controls (as Mossy says blocked adult channels but ALSO, age restrictions, channel restrictions (pre 8pm restriction) and locked out channels). This should stop it coming up.
