Too right. I always reckoned there was something dodgy about Kite flyers, and as for their banning the internet well we all know the sort of people who go online

    ie freethinkers :)

Is it jsut illegal at the moment, or has that law been implanted for many years, and what is the penality for it too?

Wonder what the penalty would be if they found you visiting www.kiteflyers.com ?

Perhaps it is illegal because kites can be used to spy on people, mini cameras on kites that is.

Not sure but I would say that it is because of the Taliban enforcing rules onto the people of Afghanistan eg no television and no music unless it is religious to name but a few rules.

I doubt there would be no penalty, not a real site so it wouldn't count as using the internet. Or would it?? :p

I think that they're just anti-fun, dancing and listening to music is outlawed. As for kite flying, as far as I can remember it's only illegal for women. So they're sexist kill-joys.
