Was the coke thread closed? I was reading through it about to make a nice reply and then all of a sudden it was closed. Closed without a final explanation I might add. Poor form.

Couldn't agree more. I'm writing a paper on it right now and it's due in 35 minutes. If you're going to close it Serenity, can you at least provide links to the other Coca-Cola threads since search is down? Besides, it was just getting interesting now that the SU hack joined in...

An explanation was given as to why the thread was closed. Usually we wouldn't post links to threads already discussed as we leave it for an exercise for you boys and girls. It's merely unfortunate that searching is currently disabled. That doesn't however make a google search impossible, or even difficult:

While we are on the subject of thread closure, does anyone know why exactly the "what are you listening to thread" was locked?

I can't see how the thead was offending or a hinderance to the board and there is no evidence of the thread being abused. It was a popular thread, as you can see from statistics....

If it has already been answered, can someone point me in the direction the answer?
