Windows shutdown after D/L Prog?

Hi Guys, Does anyone have the names of any programs that will shutdown windows XP after Internet Explorer has finished downloading a file?I cant use the likes of gozilla for some sites..so I will have to download using IE..I had one before but cant find it anymore.. Thanks, Hakko
