Ok I have formatted a laptop! It's a HP ZD7348ea. I haven't got all the restore cd's for it. The problem I have is that I cannot get the audio drivers of the video card drivers either from the HP website! I contacted HP support about this and ordered a complete set of restore cds from them over two weeks ago and no sign of the to arrive yet! I am wondering is there any program out there that will tell me what the sound card and video cards are so that I can hunt down the relevant drivers off the net? I have no idea what the video card or sound card is!

    Thanks in advance...:)
