where to get scope at best price online or in store, in ireland

im looking to buy my first scope, but from what i see the prices of scopes in europe are almost double that in the USA. where did you Irish folk buy your scopes and how much did you pay , and do you know of any good internet sites, or stores where i can get a good price on a scope and not get robbed
