    Some of you may have seen my posts regarding a fault with my laptop and having to return it for repairs etc. Well it turned out that the fault was caused by me because I wiped the HD and put XP Pro on it and didn't have the right drivers on it. I think...

    Anyway, I'd just like to say that the support I have got from MicroAid.ie has been amazing. Very fast replies by email and very helpful and trying their best to sort me out and giving lots of time to try and help. I've also been offered a 3 year extended warranty at below cost price.

    All this on top of getting a great deal (best I could find based on spec) on a laptop in the first place.
