    Hi,

Just wondering if any Golf Mk IV drivers have had this problem. Got my golf its annual service which cost me a whopping €450+ including pre NCT etc two weeks ago. Passed it's NCT no problem a few days later. Car has been running trouble free since 01. Was driving it at the weekend and the emmissions warning light came on and started flashing and then stayed on. Car is jumpy and not throttling great and not too happy in general now.

Dropping it back to the garage tomorrow for a look, but wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

    Cheers,

It will most likely be a lamda sensor, not a bigh job but with VW parts and labour it might still hurt.

Thanks alias, in the end it needed a new coil.
    Got it fixed for free.

    Cheers.
