Anyone know where the best place to buy a PSP online or retail shop?
I'm actually going to get the 'Giga Pack' version when its out and want to pre-order it. It's auppose to be out on 21st November.

    Cheers
    K.

I personally dont think it makes any difference where you buy, if its a retail shop that is.

The RRP is €254.99, and thats the price all the shops should charge.

It is possible to get them cheaper online, but you have to take the chance...

I presume the GigaPak comes with a 1gb memory stick? Sounds like a good idea. You got any idea how much one of these is going to sell for? Might get one at Xmas...

Yeah you get a gig memory with it plus a stand - Its going to be sold for 299 Euro which is a good deal.

Doesn't sound too great when the Americans can get them for $299...unless it's $299 without tax? Then it works out the same at 21%...

The only place I found it so far to pre-order it is here

    http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=218&products_id=7924&

Works out around 305 Euro which isn't bad.
The one thing thou is that it's a japanese version. The only thing you wont be able to do is play the UMD movies from here because of the region but I'd say there will or is a way around it as always!

I think I'll wait till the shops get there next batch in and see if they get it.
If not I'll probably get it through lik-sang which is a reliable web site BTW.

FYI - Xtra Vision are taking pre-orders for the PSP from today but it's only special packs that cost 354 euro

FYI, the region code in Japan is the same as Europe, so you would be able to play movies bought here on a Japanese PSP.

    Good to know thanks.
Might make me pre-order this after all!

FYI - Xtra Vision are taking pre-orders now for the next batch due in 2 weeks.

There only selling them as bundles with games.
Basically its a PSP value Pack with 1 game for 299 Euro - 30 Euro to pre-order.

They dont know anything about the giga pack and realistically they dont see it coming before xmas.
