MacScan and MacStumbler

Someone on a maillist recommended an interesting little app called MacStumbler, which shows any wireless networks in your neighbourhood. (The context was a maillist poster whose Net access had speeded up considerably after s/he limited the network.)

In finding this, I also ran across MacScan, which says it defends your computer from keystroke loggers, Trojans and other credit-card-number-hungry invaders. I haven't installed this - anyone used it and know it?
