Sky pin number

    I have not changed/mess around with my pin I enter in my last 4 numbers on my sky viewing card and it says that it is the wrong pin. What could be wrong?

    If this isn't the first viewing card you've had then the PIN it's looking for is based on the number on the first viewing card you had.

    Or, more accurately, the first card the box had inserted into it.

    Tryed both cards I had didnt work, Rang up sky(only 45mins waitin) and got it changed.

    I have the same problem, never did anything with Pin and today went to record saved programme to Video and asked for PIN. Inserted last four digits
    as instructed but invalid. Sky waiting time 50 minutes so gave up. What is the best number to ring. ???
