Help need to make club crest

I have a club crest that was designed by O'Neills (football jersey manufacturer). We don't have a copy on disk. The crest is up on http://www.stjamesgaa.com - it has been scanned in off an actual jersey, so the outer edges are a bit rough. Can anybody please draw the outline of a crest for me with a scroll underneath that…

Can anybody please draw the outline of a crest for me with a scroll underneath that says Naomh Seamús.
I should be able to finish off the rest but its driving me nuts. I can't get the crest outline or scroll right.
