Installing IKEA kitchen

    Hey all

Kitchen recently arrived from IKEA. All here in one piece and very happy with serive etc. I've done the easy bit and put together the units, attached legs etc.

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who can suggest some things they came up against ?

I guess my next taks is to level and *gulp* fix the base units to the wall.

    One question I have is:

Can the hob be connected to the same place as the oven ? I have no plug below base unit level near the oven connection so it's either that or create an extension lead to plug it in somewhere else.

Anyway. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    GP

    Hi
I installed an Ikea kitchen with not much experience and found it fairly easy/straightforward.The secret of pro mitres on cornice/lighting pelmets is glue the mitres together before screwing them on.'Mitre Mate' is the glue, amazingly strong and instantish.
    Good luck
