    They have these shortcodes allocated:

Very true. But then all the pretty pictures and flashing lights are just too much for some people.

yes they are c**nts no other word for them. They did the same to me I rang vodafone and demanded a refund for charges. They wouldnt refund me as they said its from opera. I made them give me a contact number for opera, rang them, bollocked them out of it and got a refund cheque in the post. never ever reply to any texts you get from them they sign you up and pretend you wanted them too. they were adding 60 cent a day to my fone bill when i caught them!!

I never signed up either so stop blaming the guy I was duped the same way. They sent a competition text to my fone saying i had won a hotel room etc etc and when I replied back I realised it was a scam (they charged me 8 euro to send me 4 texts) by then it was too late

So you get an unsolicited text telling you you've won some huge prize you've never applied for and naturally you assume NOBODY IS TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF and reply.

I can see how you'd be taken in by that.

    FYI:
You have not just won 1,000,000 dollars in a postal sweepstake.
The Nigerian Ambassador's son is not going to share his money with you.
The Hot and Sexy girls currently waiting for you to call them are not, in fact, from your immediate locality, despite what the girl's name and address is under the photograph in the ad.
The universe was not, in fact, created by an all-knowing and omnipotent creature solely for the purpose of allowing you, a registered moron, to exist in it.

actually smart ass it was a text claiming to be from irish hotels offering me a free mid week break. many companies have genuine offers like this which I have participated in (you must pay for dinner at the hotel which is how they make back some of the money. They let you stay free because the hotel would be empty during quiet period otherwise so the money you spend on food and drink is better than nothing). soooo... I just assumed it was one of these and replied to the text. I got 4 texts back and was charged so I copped it was a scab. I replied 'unsubscribe' but that didnt do anything.
Thi shappened to me before the whole public awareness about this sorta thing.

And no if I had got a text saying i had won millions i wouldnt believe it im not a gob****e so dont start insulting me

p.s. your arrogance and your calling me a moron lead me to believe that you are a pillock and I hope something similar happens to you soon!

The opportunity to post amusing insults was just too much to resist. I wasn't aiming them at you specifically.

PS: nothing similar will happen to me soon for the reasons outlined above.
