Photos to dvd

    Anybody know how to do this, I want to put photos on a dvd so the auld pair
    can just put it in their tv/dvd combi and hey presto idiot proof photo album!
    should I be looking at dvd progs, photo progs or what?

    I usually use Nero Vision Express or Sonic My DVD Studio to create a slideshow on DVD but you have to pay for both of these pieces of software. I'm sure somebody will know of a freeware program.

    For a cheapy option try Microsoft Movie maker (free with Windows XP). You won't make the next blockbuster, but it will give you and adea of what can be achieved.

    The only minor caveat is that you can't burn directly from Movie Maker, there are instructions somewhere on how to burn to DVD.
