    Hello All,

Is there any chance of creating a report of the music as in artist and album on your computer or maybe is it possible thru I-Tunes.

    Thanks

This is a bit basic, and there's probably some software for this but here goes:

(this relies on the file name structure of your mp3s)

    Go start> Run> type "CMD"

Change dir to the dir containing your music, eg:

    C:\ CD C:\music

    then you'll see

    C:\music
    type

    DIR /S >MUSICLIST.TXT

(This will output a text file containing contents of c:\music and all subdirs to a file called musiclist.txt in your c:\music dir)

If you're using Winamp, add all your mp3's to one big playlist. Winamp can save your playlist as a webpage. You can set it to read ID3 tags for the whole playlist too, so if your mp3s have silly filenames like track01.mp3 etc, it can read the info from the ID3's, if present.
