    Does anybody have a copy of this that they can sort me out with. I recently formatted my hard drive and now can't find my O/S cd anywhere. I asked Dell to send me out a replacement but they wanted to charge me for it.

    I hope you mean to buy it legally off somebody. Otherwise expect the thread to be locked soon. You could get the OEM version of XP Home for €86 from komplett if you buy something with it (like a mouse).

    if you're going to buy it from somewhere here, why do you have an issue with dell charging you

    locked and banned
