Yeah I heard Alex Jones mention this and wasn't sure what he was talking about. Very interesting.
Makes you wonder what else is secretly being tracked and recorded...

Fair play to the EFF for uncovering this. One would wonder what other kinds of tracking and information the secret services have put in place which affect the normal consumer.

It would be interesting to know if in any of the small print (pardon the pun) in the instructions/warranties given by these manufacturers, includes a statement acknowledging this hidden 'feature'.
