Sky+ with Multiroom Upgrade Cost?

I am currently in the process of upgrading my basic Sky to Sky+ with multi-room. My channel package is Sky World.

I have choosen to use a local installer rather than Sky themselves because it is a non-standard install and also I prefer to do as much business in my local town as is practical. I realise going through Sky themselves is probably cheaper but they messed me around badly on my original install.

I have agreed a price for the non-standard parts but I have been given two different prices for the upgrade. The girl in the office at the company I am using have said that the price will be €299 with €150 cash back from Sky. Net cost €149

However, the installer who came to me to do a quick survey has said that they are incorrect in the office because they have priced the job as if I am a new customer (though i made it clear that I wasn't when I originally asked for the quote) and it should be €299 for the equipment plus €125 for installation with only €100 cash-back from Sky because I am an existing customer. Net cost €324

The discrepancy seems to centre on what deal Sky are letting local installers pass on to customers. I don't want to get into a situation where I in dispute and paying the installation company less that I should just because the girl in the office made a mistake and gave me an incorrect price. However, I also don't want to pay any more than I should just be cause the installation guy has out of date information on the latest offers.

Can anyone advise me as to what deals local installers are offering at the moment (if it isn't commercially sensitive)?

be looking for the exacts same info myself, except I stupidly got the installer for my basic Sky install to fit a QUAd and I paid him...which was pointless i'd imagine really.

I got a letter from SKY telling me that as an old customer I could have free standard installation
