major problem with IE

i'm having a problem with IE, when i try to run it my computer slows down to nearly a stop. and i get an message saying the Physical Memory is to low and windows has to increase it, and then IE throws up a runtime error, i'm using Firefox now and it works fine, but i would like to be able to use both, anyone got any ideas?

just doing that now ,, but i did use Search and destory and hijack this but the proglem was still there,

so i got webroot spy sweaper i'm running it now.

i'll post how i get one,

best thing to do is ensure you keep spybot and whatever programs you have up-to-date and scan your system every few weeks
You'll be fine in future then

If you have ran your anti-spy/anti virus with no results just uninstall and reinstall IE.
