Can anyone come up with a theory why the standard of play is so bad on Tribeca. I've been playing on PPP the last week and am dumbfounded. Even when i move up stakes. Software is a bit ropey though!

It's cause many of the network's sites are linked to bookmaker outfits, so you get some traffic from the gamblers who are just looking for action and are not really poker players.

    As well as:
    - Lack of Pokertracker support
    - connection problems - and not just lately
    - structure of games - blinds, speed rounds etc
    - interface - some like it but the more experienced players here at least seem to prefer Pokerstars and/or UB's interface
    - no rakeback

Another possible reason is that the variance is a lot higher in the cash games due to the amount of gamblers that are there.
