Guys, I have VLC player, and it wont play my subtitle files for foreign Divx Files... does anyone know if there is another player i can use? that will play files which use .sub as subtitle files? thks

VLC seems to play plays subtitles for me (at least for xvid files). Anyway try MPlayerOSX, it's a great program and personally I prefer it to VLC Player.
