how to uninstall network adapters?

    Hey guys,
I have all these WAN Miniport adapters that I want to uninstall from my device manager, cause it's causing a conflict with the login box (which won't come up). I've disabled them, but I need to delete them. It's not letting me just uninstall them, as it's giving me an error saying that it's needed for booting.

Now I know I can delete them as long as I delete them from Regedit first, but what I need to know, is does anyone know where I find them in regedit? it's driving me nuts, cause I know I can uninstall them, I just can't find anything anywhere about it.

any help would be greatly appreciated,
    thanks

Maybe your Bios is set to try a network boot first, maybe disable this and see what happens..

What makes you think you need to uninstall these?
Have you tried DISABLE,rather than uninstall?
    Are you using VMWARE?
Can you boot into Safe Mode without issue?
