Which Satellite finder?

Hi guys,
I was looking on ebay, there seems to be one sat finder on there:

This appears to be the same one to be had in a larger kit including battery pack and compass from maplin.

While researching it I noticed it might not be suitable for finding the sky satellite from the UK.

Does that also apply over here?

Could anybody advise me of a better purchase? I don't mind spending a few quid more if need be.

Don't go for that one anyway! Far too expensive considering UK£8 P+P!!

It should pick up any satellite in orbit.

Lidl do a similar finder (LED's instead of needle) from time to time, usually €10 for one.

satellite.ie have one for €15

I'll go with satellite.ie in that case.
You'd recommend that type as opposed to any other then?
Easy enough to use I suppose?
