ZoneAlarm Pro / DNS/ ICS issue

    i have one PC (XP SP1) running ZoneAlarm Pro. i have another PC (Win98se) connected to it on the LAN. I use ICS to get both PCs online together. When ZA is turned off, both are fine. when ZA is on, i cant get online on the 98 PC unless i type the IP address of the site. it seems obvious that its a DNS issue, however, im clueless at setting up ZA to allow this type of info to flow. What do i have to do to solve this issue? I think i have allowed outgoing TCP, UDP and all the other protocols but if anyone can help, i'd be very grateful.
