    OK, that was annoying, I clicked preview and i had left the page idle for too long, so I had to sign in again..

    anyways this is what i said basically.

    1st one.. good, but a little boring..

    2nd.. it's slightly out of balance, have a look at the rule of thirds, not to be followed 100% of the time, but it's very handy. http://www.digicamhelp.com/what-is-the-rule-of-thirds/rule-of-thirds.htm

    3rd.. By far the best of the 3, i love the focus, great DOF, and colours, really shouts out Summer Harvest to me. This is a very nice one, and you should be proud of it. I like the way the focus is on the plants.

    one comment tho, try and make ur images a bit smaller, and have a separate file where u keep the original ones, you know for printing and stuff. The ones you upload on DA should not be wider on any side than 1000px maybe? unless it's a panorama or something. also, try and make the text more ambiguous, it can be slightly distracting taking from the pic.

    In general, I can see you have potential, not that I'm a seasoned pro or anything, but you're going about it the right way! good job.

    PS, after looking thru ur gallery, you are ding what i used to do. Shooting sunsets as they are amazing, and look great when photographed, but how about trying some new subjects.

    thanks for the reply... yeah you're right in what you say, i am getting a bit repetitive in the aul sunset pics, problem is, at the moment i' don't have much time to take pics other than the occasional sunset...

    i really really really like the third one. only thing is id lose the title off the border and just allow the photo have its own space if that makes sense.
