Going rate for D6?

hi what is the going rate for a *decent* large 1 bed/small 2 bed in rathgar/ranelagh/harolds x/sandymount etc? by decent i mean not student quality, not luxury, just nice liveable place was thinking 1000-1100 pm going by daft.ie etc - would i be far off?
