I remember Uniteds nights of euro humiliation, as they learned what works in the premiership, is not nessicarily what works in europe.

Given the relative weakness of their native league, i fear there may be a steep learning curve for the Celts. They have the players to make an impact though, and if Larsson and Sutton play well, they are capable of some shcok results themselves.

id like to think that celtic could win... id LIKE to but i very much doubt it. it is a bit up in the air tho. juve didnt really have a good showing last year and they have let go of pple and brought new ones in. it'll be interesting to see how the new line up works.

do you know if sutton is available tonite? his son was born recently... so i imagine that he would be doubtful.

his son was born 11 weeks early over the weekend but he's playing

Juve spent more over the summer than Celtic have ever spent...ever. I'd say it will be an amazing night, where we win, or something like United that night in Barca where they were taken apart.

Juve are playing 2 upfront with Salas just behind them, against Celtics back 3. So it could be a loooooooooong night

This is my first post! Anyway I doubt Celtic can do any better than a draw, although if the ajax game in Amsterdam is anything to go by, they may play better away from home and sneak a result. Hail hail, come on the Bhoys!!!

Poor old Celtic. They played really well and it was a great game to watch as a Neutral. Davids getting sent off changed the game to their advantage and they deserved a draw but then they were robbed by that ref. That was one of the worst penalty decisions I've seen in ages.
