Prob finding dvc-90 xp driver

Got hold of a dazzle 90(pinnacle)to try and input some old hi-8 tapes into my pc as the camcorder does not have firewire. The problem is when I go to pinnacle's site looking for a driver for Ms Xp it asks me for a serial number of the product. I have tried using the one on the back of the device but no joy.
