Good salary for a phone job without any skills (essentially). I'm not interested myself, but can you give more info as to the nature of the job? What exactly would they be servicing? :)

I can't say on thread as there are vultures from Recruitment agencies most likely looking at these as I had a few boggies approaching me recently.

I hate these people Period as they are out to line their pockets I am doing it to help my boss as we are swamped here.

Basically the job entails receiving phone calls from the customer, logging details, helping them with there queries and escalating to the relevant parties i.e Tech Support,Management etc etc.

Pay is not great but there is scope for Permanent Roles and education grants etc after 1 years service, also the employer is tied to the National Pay Agreement and there is an option to join the Union SIPTU and it is a relaxed young enviroment with a low attrition rate of staff.

So have I have I sold it to anyone ??:D
