Anyone bought from this crowd http://www.pricebustergolf.co.uk/ishop/1035/shopscr27.html

They seem to have some great value clubs. What is the story re importing - are there taxes due here or can you bring in goods up to a certain value? Has anyone on here bought stuff from any UK supplier? Seems like a no brainer if you know exactly what it is you are after.

As long as the VAT was paid on them you'll be grand.. Otherwise you could be caught for it.. Apart from that I've had no problems myself..

Do you mean UK vat when purchasing online or do you have to pay another 21% to Irish authorities when you bring the goods in ?

Well this could probably be better answered in the Online/auctions but my understanding is that as long as the foreign company doesn't sell more than 10k of goods a year in ireland it doesn't have to be VAT reg'ed here. Thus you only have to pay UK VAT and not the Irish 21% gouge.

As long as VAT has been paid in any EU country it's fine. The UK rate is 17.5% at the moment.. so happy days i say! :D
