I'm using the MS Natural Wireless Keyboard, which seems to be good enough, but the MS Mouse wasn't that great, so I bought a MX1000 Laser mouse, couldn't be happier with it!

lol, I would highly recommend the MX1000, as to keyboard, I prefer the natural shape as it is very comfortable :)

I just got the Logitech G7 (is this part of the G15 desktop ?) and it really is great, very good ergonomically, slides well thanks to the huge skates, works on any surface I've tried (should work on anything except glass), no interference at all, very smooth in high resolutions (many high res mice get jittery because they can't report quickly enough over USB). The buttons are well placed, scroll wheel feels perfect, the side to side scrolling works very well. The resolution up/down buttons are easy to get to too. Two batteries means you can always have one charged while you're using the other, and there's no auto power save so it doesn't hang when you need to use it again (I think there's some way to enable it in the software though if you want).

The only downside really is the price (edit:It worked out about €90) :)

Ahhh price - the bane of my life - my Achilles heel if you will!

I found the MX1000 laser mouse lags in most games I play (not all the time, but randomly, it catches up to my moves)

I got it with the MX5000 keyboard, which I haven't noticed lag with (and if it does, it doesn't really matter, it's the mouse that matters I think, like in CS :p )

I always hated things which need batterys- do these chordless keyboards need batterys changed often?
The mice have charger bays dont they.?

    Just my 2cents

I have the MX1000 and i think class for games... as for the batterys ..well i'd normally get @ least three months before recharging the batterys

It comes with a recharger /stand so it pretty good.

one problem i came across with the microsoft wireless keyboard in gaming is when you press w to go forward or s to go back you only move a small distance and then stop. you then have to press the key to move again. i could'nt fix this so i went back to my wired keyboard.

i'd recommend you avoid wireless altogether for gaming. its ok for just browsing but just too unreliable and delayed for gaming. i have a wireless mouse that cost me 40 in maplin if you want it. price of postage
