Does anyone have a phone number I can ring the guys at nomatica.ie.
    Here's the story,
Ordered a camera on the 10th of September, after a week I was kinda wondering where it was, so logged on to their site to see what the story was, said the item was reserved but not in stock. I emailed them to ask when it would be in stock, I was told the following week sometime. Anyway on goes a continuing saga of emails back and forth with them eventually suggesting that I wait longer or cancel my order. (Note: They actually debited my credit card with the full amount even though the item hadn't shipped!) Well anyway, I chose the latter and cancelled my order just on 2 weeks ago. However I have yet to receive a refund to my credit card! I don't believe they should have charged my credit card in the first place but this is ridiculous, 2 weeks and still no refund on my credit card!
Does anybody have a phone number for them that they actually answer? (The one on the site isn't working)
    [/end rant]

    Hi

Check the french website http://www.nomatica.fr/FR/asp/contact.asp as far as I know everything isshipped from France.

Don't speak french but I think they could be premium numbers.

    Regards

Do *not* post phone numbers on the site, unless they are freely available on the web. Preferably please link to a phone number if one is found.
    thanks,
    Fuzzy

    Hi,
i bought an expensive camera from internetcamerasdirect who are nomatica by another name.It was faulty and i asked them what I should do .They told me to return it to an address in France. After a number of weeks and no news...they tell me that they are in administration and I wont be getting my camera back unless new investors get involved.
I assume, unfortunately that the same is somehow involved in your case.Waste no time looking for their phone no....you wont get it.
You are however lucky if you paid by credit card.....get in touch with them immediately and they should refund you...but dont waste any more time with the nomatica fraudsters.
