I'm trying to find somewhere to get three relatively obscure comics. They were issued to bridge the gap between the Firefly TV show and the recent Serenity film. I'm a bit of a fan boy so I'd love to get my hands on them.

Once they weren't on amazon my ideas for sourcing them were kinda exhausted. Anyone have any idea where I can find them?

    Trust me they aren't obscure.

Forbidden Planet should have all three issues.

If all else fails, Mile High Comics has them listed. I've not used them myself, but they're supposed to be reputable, at least according to the links thread...

    Listing here.

Of course, I'd suggest buying them from a local shop if you get a chance anyway, because there's less chance of getting burned, plus without local stores what little comics community there is in Ireland will dry up further.

Yea, I found them a bit lacking too. Very short in length and the majority of the story was a little unnecessary. I also disliked how they abruptly ended one of the key plot lines of the Firefly series (something I would much rather have seen played out onscreen).
I had hoped they would add infinately to the cross over from series to movie, but sadly, no..... :(

yeah, the first issue was pretty good, the dialog and characters matched the TV series well, but the quality of the story dropped off in the next 2 issues..pity.
