    and anyone else that's interested.

Just thought I asked one of the all time noob (i.e. I just want to make a post about something) topics. But somewhat serious as I always like to know.

What do you prefer training Gi or No-Gi? Or are you like me and will just train with whatever you can get your hands on?

I'm a fan of both schools. Gi because I like the technicality of it. Holding someone down by simply doing something with their belt is great fun. Along with having to watch out for collar chokes all the time (I roll with this Judo Blackbelt who is near impossible to counter once he's got a side control choke in (he also weighs at least 30lbs more than me which helps him sometimes but not as often as I'd like to me able to claim) )

NoGi because it's more applicable in r/l and in MMA. And it's also a better workout I think. The game is just faster and more explosive. Although it will always suck when you've finally gotten that armbar in and the guy escapes cause his arm is soaking with sweat...

But anyway, what are your views on this topic? (Sorry if I'm boring you :p )
