    Hey,
new to this board and I'd say you're all sick to the high teeth of people coming on trying to pick your brains, so apologies in advance!!

I'm at the business planning stage of an idea that I've had good feedback from the mkt res i've done.

in a nutshell i want to get nationwide advertising with the minimum spend. national Radio and Papers are so expensive i'm worried i may not get the return. [but have a budget aside for an initial flourish!!]

So where and how do i target 30-50 and establish a brand on the cheap

re-reading this i realise that if anyone knew this secret they would be very sought after professionals! anyhoo .. he who asks!!

very easy. PR - a cheaper form of communication than advertising with often better results. However it is not a complete solution as you will eventually have to supplement it with advertising.

If your idea is clever enough then a good agency should have no difficulty getting articles placed for you.

    Good luck

depends on the good / service to be honest.
    What is it?
Are you selling straight to the customer?
    What's your distribution network?

In every company in ireland, marketing managers are asking the same question. You need to give us more info on the product or service.

If it was that easy to get coverage, we would all be out of a job.

    :)
