Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks to me like it happened when importing the old message threads from UBB into the new vBulletin system. UBB sticks the <font> code directly into the (static) HTML page of the thread whereas vBulletin generates it all actively on the fly from the database. It just seems that when the import was being done, vBulletin didn't parse out the <font> tags properly and they got left in as text.

It only happens in posts made -before- the changeover anyway.
