Marketing Lamb

    Im looking for a way to market Lamb as a better meat then its competitors (be it better or not!). Not particularly the types and mediums of advertising but just a method based on its attributes or quality...hormone free etc

    All ideas appreciated!

    list more of its attributes / benefacting qualities, then you should have the main selling points to base a campaign around.
    It also helps when one of Irelands top chefs rates lamb as his favourite meat:

    That could be interesting -the chef thing - ive actually been asked by a sheep farmer in australia who has a big say in how the country markets its lamb to come up with something, perhaps australias famous chefs could be brought into the equation...

    Is it how they market their lamb in Australia or how it marketed abroad?
