Hi there, I m a wannabe 1st time buyer...I m thinking (or dreaming since i dunno the answer from the bank yet :( ) of buying a house because it s usually cheaper, you have your own garden, no high management fees to pay and less noisy neighbourhood issues... but i might miss something negative that i did not think of..…

Hi there,

Anyone bought a house and had bad surprises ?
What are the kind of stuffs i have to be prepared to maintain the house and that are pricey?
ANy advice at all as per the choice of type of accommodation?
