    In the documentation that came with whatever it is that you're using? usually helps if you give some info to go on.

    Its to do with downloading the WAP and GPRS settings with Meteor!!!

    Settings PIN is normally required to save GPRS/MMS settings when you have them sent to the handset.
    They would be given at the time the settings are ordered.
    E.g. If you download them from the operator website the PIN should be displayed on screen when you do it. If you ring your network provider and ask them to send you the settings they should give you the Settings PIN when they send them to you.
