its season 4...its just BROADCAST season 5. all the episodes that are in broadcast season 5 are still going to be on the season 4 dvd.

"Season 4" was poor in my mind "Season 5" is much better like it used to be. American dad is also quite good if you are into FG

I heard that BBC bought series 4 only. anyone no whats the story on that cos it was said on a few sites it was series 4 been shown this Sat (obviosly not). So will it have to go through series 3 then 4.

If it's any consolation amazon.com are shipping series 4 at the end of november.

According to the TV & Satellite Guide for next week, BBC are indeed showing FG 'The Thin White Line', which is S3 E01, and it says '01 of 22', so that would only be S3. Whether they'll go into S4 right after isn't clear yet?

American Dad says '01 of 20' which would include all episodes of S1.

It's disappointing that they're showing older Family Guy along with American Dad. Ho hum.

After hearing many mixed reviews about American Dad, I was pleasantly surprised.
The goldfish in the Olympic Athlete's body was hilarious, had me in stitches. As did the Iraq couple: "Put some clothes on woman!" :p
The pervert goldfish is very funny!

Thought American Dad was a huge let down.

^_^ BBC2 is really kicking ass lately, isn't it. >_> Meanwhile RTÉ still show us damned Simpsons reruns.. daily.. so much so, you miss actuall new ones because you give up caring.

Anyway, Season 4 was split into 2, so it's season 4 and 5, BBC probably will get it when season5 ends.

Think RTÉ will EVER buy anything like Family Guy, South Park, American dad or something simular?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,584 ✭✭✭✭Creamy Goodness

don't see RTÉ buying anything like family guy but at least your guarinteed to get a classic simpsons rather risk watching sky one and catching a glimpse of a **** new one.

cousins in america got me covered for everything else though :D
