    eminem has announced he his retiring and will concentrate on producing he has just finished working on red mans new ablum due out october 11 and ems greastest hits are due out on 6th of december with 2 new tracks its a sad day 4 hip hop :(

    To late, he should have done it after Marshall Mathers. He's a sh!t producer....not expecting any kind of redemption in Redman's album.

    Hmmm... Yeah, these rumours have been flying around for a good 3 months now. All the signs point to it being true. Fair play to him, his last album was ropey and he's not really been on form - At least he knows when to call it a day.

    yeah exactly

    i hate the way people completly turned on him after his last 2 albums, remember his good stuff and forget about encore.

    im not a fan of his production skills tho :/

    Hes not retiring, jesus, every week they have a new thing in the papers about him. Its annoying at this stage. Just because he is releasing a Greatest Hits doesnt confirm he is retiring, if he does retire Ill eat my words but for now I am still thinking his plan is a Greatest Hits out in December then another album in maybe 2007. But he has so many artists to put out there, Obie Trice new album, Stat Quo, Trick Trick, Young Z to name but a few. Plus he is working with G-Unit. He is doing exactly what Dre did. Dre postponed the release of Detox to concentrate on getting new artists into the spotlight, like Game. So just wait until it comes out of his mouth before saying it. Now to put a smiley so I dont seem to harsh :cool:

    Eminem is taking a break from rapping and touring for awhile, he says he's going to concentrate on producing,

    My theory is he's doing this so in a few years he can come back with a come back album, and no doubt there'll be a line in every song saying something like

    "i'm back" or "i've returned" or something like that

    Em is a good producer (good not great) but he's a much better rapper.

    The Encore album and the anger management 3 tour was Em way of going out with a bang, hence the inlay of encore and the supposed videos running through the whole gig, that he's loading up a gun and eventually puts the gun to his head or something like that.

    Frankly i think that is a great way to leave the scene for a while, BUT THE F**KING SELL OUT CANCELLED HIS EUROPEAN TOUR LEAVING ALL HIS EUROPEAN FAN PISSED OFF AND HATING HIM, BECAUSE THERE WILL BE NO MORE EMINEM TOURS FOR YEARS. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
