I have a project due tomarrow and I just can't seem to get the image to look right. Im using Illustrator CS 2 and I just was wondering If you guys had any ideas on how to finish this thing up? (Mostly the grass above the bushes)

The top one looks like grass..... ?!
The second one doesn't and makes the viewer question the lighting..

The grass in the first is the actual photograph showing through, while the second is unfinished. Here is its current state, I might mess with the pavement a bit yet.
