    The Colour Was

    The room was red.
    The bed was red.
    The table and chairs were red too.
    The carpet and lights were red.
    Everything’s red!
    But the little girl in the room was colourful.


    The house was blue.
    The stairs were blue.
    The windows and doors were also blue.
    Everything to do with the house was blue.
    All except the little yellow chick.

    Ok, this was a little poem i wrote when i's in 5th or 6th class. It's a sort of funny, kiddish poem. Hope y'all enjoy :rolleyes:

    it reminds me of that game
    where you draw a house all in one colour, and everything in it is one colour and then you say what colour is the stairs and the person says the colour but the house is a bungalow!
