    ...or is it just me?

This is the third time I've placed an order on Dabs.
the third time I've gotten an email asking for further ID
    third time I've replied
and gotten no response (except for the don't reply crap)

Each time I've eventually cancelled the order and gone elsewhere. Their "no telephone" policy is a heap of steaming excrement. I'm cancelling my order and this time, my account too.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

Oh and, by the way I got one of those survey emails to see how great their customer service isn't. And guess what?! They're gonna hear it all!

    It is what it's.

yeah, the first time I ordered from them, they were great....(just before christmas last year) and ordered from them again recently, and they've changed so much! Granted, they sold me an item at bout half of what it should have cost, but thats no reason to be rude about it :)

Yeah and the way you have have to email them using the stupid questions that have no relevance?? So annoying!

I used to get PC-Zone and in one of their sections they contact companies that dont help out customers. Dabs was there every single month. They even had a little note about them.

I ordered of them twice. The first time was a disaster. The product never arrived and they blamed Royal Mail I emailed both back and forth for about 3 months. Finally they sorted it out.Keep pestering them, it worked for me.

A company should never need to be pestered!

Think I got a human response...

Please disregard any previous emails requesting confirmation of your address details. Could you please check that the contact address that you have set for yourself on your account matches the address that is shown on your card statement that you are using for this order. Please also check that the delivery address you have quoted for yourself below matches the address you have set on your account (if this is a company delivery address please include the company name in the response). If either of these addresses do not match please update online. When you have done this can you please reply to this email confirming the full card address and also the full delivery address for your order. You will also need to include the sales order number so that we can process this information for you.

...could just be an automated human.

    It is what it's.

Everytime I think of the one and only time I ordered from Dabs it makes me wanna rant. The customer services reps would be outclassed by untrained pigeons. Steer clear of dabs.

On the otherhand I ordered last week a product from overclockers.co.uk My card was authorised straight away, email 30 mins later saying my monitor was sent and the next morning it was waiting for me (I live in London). Now that's brill as far as I'm concerned.
