Well I don't know but....... .when I try to make a call on my esat mobile, it tells me that the call is being charged at 10p a minute i.e. the off peak rate. (I know this cause I have hardly any credit on my phone)

Well calls to America via esat are free all weekend. Eircom were supposed to do something similar but I dont know if that came to pass.

I presume due to Eircom's stingyness that today is not off peak until the usual time (6pm).

    Woe is me....

How many other peeps had to work today

Fridays a bit** in transport 9-8

Well in all fairness it is a bank (public) Holiday, so by esats "off limits" service today should be free all day.
