    is it the IPF you mean, the Irish Photographic Federation?

    I'm not sure the IPF can help me. I'm trying to locate an amateur photographer, but I'm not sure what his surname is. Is there any list of Irish photographers anywhere? It does not seem like they have anything on IPF.

    Where did you see this photographer's work?
    There is often an attribution with published photography and a quick google search on that should turn up contact details...

    I haven't seen any of his shots yet, but I'm curious.
    He has won a lot of awards. I have searched his name on Google, but couldn't find anything. :(

    It's no big deal. I've just heard of him, I'm not stalking the poor man.
    His last name is Mulholland, more than that I don't know. I don't know how many awards he has won or for what.

    Possibly! What is the chance of finding other Irish photographers with the name Mulholland? That page only says Mark with a 'k'.
    I need to find more information about this guy, though, and more photos. Any volunteers to help me? :)
