    hey all,

Just built my first system. Tis an alright setup... Athlon64 3200, gig low latency corsair, 6800GT, etc,

However I seem to have a problem..... easytune4(tuner that comes with gigabyte mobo) says my CPU's temp is 248 degrees C..... thats right 248!

Can anyone help me? Been using the PC for about 3 days without any crashes or instability?
    Any ideas?

its mis-reading...it would shut itself down at about 65-70 degrees.

    update the software/bios
