Wow, John some scoop, BJ Penn. How did you manage that one? Is he teaching while here by any chance? I know you'll be very busy but any chance one of the lads could do an interview with him while hes here? Would love to go Sat night but theres a Thai show in Galway this Sat night also and we've a couple of guys fighting. However, best of luck with the show.

BJ will be one of the judges so will be busy on the night but i'm sure won't be any probs getting pics at the aftershow - Redz

as for teaching there will be no seminar as Chris Brennan is teaching the weekend........but SBG guys might get a surprise monday
