    Hello folks,
I don't post here much, mainly I use the poker forum, but this is a last resort. I'm away in London til Wednesday and I REALLY REALLY need a locker in the arts block for this year. I use the gym alot and I've got loads of annoying heavy books I'll need with me for my thesis this year so a locker is essential. I know I don't have a hope in hell of getting one unless I'm there on Monday at like 6.30 am or some ridiculous hour and that's impossible so I'm hoping that somebody here will sell me theres? Worth a shot anyway, I'll pay the deposit plus a bit more, say €50 or so? Anyway get back to me here if you're interested, thanks alot.

They gave out the forms for the lockers today, but there was a massive queue to actually pay and get the key. Friday is the deadline to pay, so if you call into the locker man's office first thing next monday morning he may have some going due to people forgetting to pay.

Ehh i called in there at about 3 o clock and got one for the lloyd institute which isnt that far away from the arts block

If its half as important as you made out it would make do...

erm, is the loyd building not the opposite end of campus?

i would have said its about half the lenght of the campus away, but its over near the gym which is one of the OP's main reasons for wanting a locker and if those books are as heavy as he says that walk shouldnt bother him

a few of us were thinking of going splits on a set of lockers and plopping them down beside the ones already there.

That sounds like a good idea Timay, they'd never notice. As I said I won't be back til Wednesday so by then the only lockers that'll still be there will probably be in Cork or something. If you do anything about that Timay count us in and I'll sort you out with cash for it. Cheers.

They have for every other year anyways. It's usually a week or so into term.
